Our high supplier status with each of these brands means we can offer up to an outstanding seven-year warranty on most of our installations. Furthermore we use leading-edge software technology such as hevacomp and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and design

July 2022 #TeamAirmaster promotions

Airmaster have promoted Gareth Campbell to Operations Director, Andy Benson to Finance Director and Ross Blackwood to Contracts Director.

Gareth who joined the business as an apprentice at 16, became Contracts Director in 2019 and now becomes Operations Director responsible for the Design, Contracts, Maintenance and Installation teams.

July 2021 Employee ownership

Sitting alongside its original board of Tony England, Lisa Pogson (Managing Director) and Gareth Campbell (Contracts Director), a trustee board was established which consists of Richard Pogson (Founder/Trustee), Margaret Ferris (Chair of the Trust) and Design Engineer James Dawson, who was made the employee trustee representative.

December 2011 we needed to expand.

We moved into our current premises at Wetherby House

This enabled growth in all departments, most prominently contracts and administration, having key in-house skills such as Auto Cad, Hevacomp engineers and designers plus the addition of Gas Safe and in house fitters was the final element for our transition from an air conditioning to a full mechanical services provider.

October 2003 was the birth of the Maintenance Department

As our customers based increased, a dedicated maintenance team was needed as a natural progression of our company.

At conception the maintenance team was predominantly for air conditioning and has been passionate about legislation compliance and effective working practices, this alongside a good job at a fair price has seen the department have steady growth to now cover more technologies such as gas, water and renewables.

February 2000 saw Tony England join the company as a Director

Introducing his 25 years’ experience in the design and management of mechanical services.

The relationship between them allowed the company to develop into a mature organisation able to offer a complete mechanical installation package.

Our mega director Lisa Pogson is also part of our team, read how she went to the House of Commons back in 2015!
