Chad Lake joined #TeamAirmaster as an apprentice engineer on installations in September 2018 after answering a Facebook post looking for an apprentice to join the contracts team. He became a CNC machinist after school, he has since completed his apprenticeship with Leeds College of Building and has become a fully fledged contracts engineer.

Chad says "My role involves installing aircon units all over the country - I am mainly down south on big sites like schools and I recently worked on a Staffordshire police station.

I really enjoy the travelling - going round the country working in different places. Airmaster is a tight knit team - everyone is so nice... and I only live around the corner.

Lionel Messi is my insipiration, the Barcalona footballer - for his excellence at the game and how he always strives to do better. I love playing football for my local Swallownest team in the Saturday and Sunday leagues. I also play guitar!
